1. Laboratory Technician / Technical Assistant / Scientist Pharmaceutical Analysis
Pensatech Pharma GmbH (founded in 2012) is an innovative, research- and development-driven small pharmaceutical company based in Berlin-Adlershof. Our core focus is the development of innovative drug delivery systems. We support national and international pharmaceutical companies from early research through formulation development to analytical characterization, stability testing, and GMP-compliant quality control.
Our analytical and formulation laboratories serve as a central interface between scientific innovation and reliable, reproducible analytics and pharmaceutical dosage form development.
Your Responsibilities:
- Performing analytical investigations on innovative dosage forms (including biodegradable nano- and microparticles, implants, liposomes, and modified-release formulations)
- Analytical characterization of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and pharmaceutical formulations in research and GMP environments
- Conducting established, standardized analyses with a high level of reproducibility
- Application and further development of instrumental analytical methods (e.g. HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, particle size analysis)
- Evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of analytical data
Your Profile:
- Completed education as a chemical laboratory technician or technical assistant (CTA, PTA, BTA), or an academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a comparable field)
- Practical experience in an analytical laboratory
- Knowledge of analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis advantageous
- Careful, structured working style and strong interest in professional development
- High level of quality awareness, sense of responsibility, reliability and team spirit

2. Laboratory Technician / Technical Assistant / Scientist Pharmaceutical Development

- Characterization of pharmaceutical formulations in research and GMP environments
- Execution of established, standardized manufacturing processes with high reproducibility
- Evaluation, interpretation, and documentation of manufacturing data
Your Profile:
- Completed education as a chemical laboratory technician or technical assistant (CTA, PTA, BTA), or an academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a comparable field)
- Practical experience in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical dosage forms is desirable
- Knowledge of process engineering is desirable
